What You'll Do:

→ Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

→ Create engaging short-form and long-form content (reels, posts, stories, carousels)

→ Shoot and edit professional-quality videos for YouTube & social media

→ Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and marketing creatives

→ Work closely with the founders to align content with brand strategy

→ Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to maximize reach

→ Maintain a consistent posting calendar and track engagement metrics

What We're Looking For:

→ Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

→ Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms & trends
