What Would You Do As Influencer Marketing ManagerZevo is Indias first parenting app that helps parents build real-world skills in their children through milestones, habits, and guided daily activities.We are looking for a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our growth through influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and community-building.This role will be at the heart of shaping Zevos voice across platforms and scaling our reach with parents across India.Key Responsibilities- Influencer Strategy: Define and execute the influencer marketing roadmap across Instagram, YouTube, parenting communities, and other digital channels, with a clear focus on app downloads, engagement, and subscriber growth.- Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize and launch high-impact influencer and parent-led campaigns that resonate with families, create cultural relevance, and drive measurable results.- Content Leadership: Oversee influencer collaborations, reels, UGC, and branded contentensuring alignment with Zevos mission and brand voice.- Trend Spotting: Research parenting content trends, competitor playbooks, and influencer best practices to keep Zevo ahead of the curve.- Community Partnerships: Collaborate with parenting coaches, psychologists, early learning experts, and mom/dad influencers to create authentic and trusted brand visibility.- Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead negotiations with influencers, agencies, and talent managers to secure cost-effective, high-impact collaborations while fostering long-term relationships.- Event Marketing: Plan and execute virtual parenting webinars, offline meetups, and influencer-led community events to deepen brand engagement.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, content, design, and product teams to integrate influencer marketing with larger brand campaigns.- Analytics & Optimization: Go beyond vanity metricstrack CAC impact, retention uplift, and engagement quality, and optimize campaigns for sustainable growth.Requirements & Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in influencer marketing/brand partnerships, preferably in D2C, parenting, edtech, or wellness apps/brands.- Domain Edge: Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, especially in parenting and lifestyle audiences.- Execution Ownership: Ability to independently drive campaigns end-to-end with minimal direction.- Networking Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencer management capabilities.- Analytical Skills: Data-driven with proven experience in ROI measurement, reporting, and optimization.- Communication: Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers and agencies while ensuring brand value.- Bonus: Prior experience in building influencer-led communities, managing social pages, or working with parenting experts.Why Zevo- Be part of a fast-growing parenting startup shaping the future of learning for kids aged 012.- High ownership role with direct visibility into growth metrics.- Opportunity to work on influencer-first growth models in a category with strong emotional resonance.
