RF Circuit Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented RF Circuit Design Engineer to design, develop, and optimize radio frequency circuits and systems for advanced wireless communication applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in RF circuit design, simulation, testing, and system integration, with proven expertise in working with industry-standard RF design and simulation tools. This role involves conducting detailed circuit analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the complete product development cycle from prototype through production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RF circuits and subsystems including amplifiers, mixers, filters, and antennas
  • Perform circuit simulations and analyses using industry-standard tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and characterization of RF designs in laboratory and field environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports
  • Stay current with advances in RF technologies and apply best practices in design and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support prototype development, validation, and bring-up activities
  • Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience in RF circuit design, particularly for wireless communication systems
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST)
  • Solid understanding of RF principles, antenna design, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations
  • Experience with RF test and measurement equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
