Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first-level support for SAP MM and SD users, handling queries, resolving day-to-day issues, and guiding them on system usage.
  • Manage and maintain Master Data related to materials, vendors, customers, and pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency across procurement and sales processes.
  • Support core MM processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory transactions, and invoice verification.
  • Provide basic support for SD processes, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, and order-to-cash related queries.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration points between MM and SD (e.g., material availability during sales order creation, procurement issues linked to deliveries).
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and ensure proper documentation of recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with global/local IT teams for escalations and system improvements where required.
  • Assist in testing activities (unit testing, user acceptance testing, cutover support) during system changes or upgrades.
  • Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing sessions for business and key users to improve system adoption.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP MM support (with exposure to SD processes).
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Management in SAP (materials, vendors, customers, pricing).
  • Good understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle user queries effectively.
  • Exposure to testing support (UAT, cutover, hypercare) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both business users and IT teams in a support environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year
