As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed loan sales targets (personal, home, auto, business loans, etc.)Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan sales officers/executives. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand customer reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
