About the role:

As part of the real estate sales team, you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI/Ultra-HNI clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the luxury real estate market as well as your excellent network to establish trust, develop relationships, and close critical deals. You will also collaborate closely with marketing, project teams, and external partners to achieve targets and elevate the brand in the luxury real estate market.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for our ultra luxury offerings, aligning with the companys growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI/Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/Ultra HNI clients, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a culture of performance and excellence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Lead high-stake negotiations with prospective buyers and facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after sales, maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and project teams to develop marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and other tools necessary for driving sales.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and insights to senior management. Proactively address challenges and propose solutions to improve sales outcomes.
  • Represent the company at key luxury real estate events, client meetings, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Extensive experience in the luxury real estate projects, new project launches, development of broker network and closing HNI deals.
  • Proven 3-10 years experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clientele.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis for sales performance tracking.
