Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing and executing channel sales strategies, recruiting and managing channel partners (like distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms), and ensuring they meet sales targets.

Looking after training and support to partners, analyzing sales performance data, coordinating marketing efforts, and acting as a liaison between partners and the company.

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, forecast sales, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure partners meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations) to ensure smooth service delivery for customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with channel partners to drive sales.
  • Attend industry events to network and build the company's presence.
