Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications accurately, and provide expert guidance on prescription and over-the-counter drugs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription medications and counsel customers on dosage, side effects, and interactions
  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940
  • Maintain inventory of medicines and ensure proper storage conditions
  • Monitor expiry dates and manage stock rotation
  • Handle billing, POS systems, and maintain sales records
  • Educate customers on health supplements, OTC products, and lifestyle medications
  • Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, 1948 and local drug control regulations
  • Liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals for prescription clarifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pharmacy area
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and documentation required by regulatory authorities

Qualifications & Skills: Any Qualification or Diploma or Bachelor's in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) from a recognized institution

Working Hours: AM to 4 PM & 02.00 Pm 11.00 PM)

For Hospital Pharmacy _ Night will be applicable
