About the Role:

Tata 1mg is hiring Retail Pharmacists to join our growing team across key cities. As a retail pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing guidance on proper usage, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Salary Bracket (Monthly CTC):

  • 0.5 to 2 years experience: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
  • 2 to 4 years experience: ₹22,000 – ₹29,000
  • 4+ years experience: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000

Working Hours: Shift Window: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

(9-hour shift assigned within this window)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately
  • Provide advice on drug interactions, side effects, and dosage
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and pharmacy laws
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm)
  • Valid pharmacist license (State Pharmacy Council Registration)
  • Relevant retail pharmacy experience (as per salary bracket)
