We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior Architect to join our creative team. The candidate will assist in project design, drawings, client coordination, site supervision, vendor management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural drawings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that match their vision.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and manage procurement coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, approvals, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:Requirements:

  • Education: B.Arch from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience (internship experience considered).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and MS Office.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Soft Skills: Strong client communication, problem-solving ability, and team collaboration skills.
  • Other: Must be willing to travel for site visits and work with vendors/contractors.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Performance-based confirmation)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
