Key Responsibilities are:

• Communicate with the product team to understand business goals and expected outcomes.
• Explore and evaluate solution options, including risks, benefits, and impacts.
• Create clear documentation outlining proposed changes and implementation steps.
• Develop functional specifications for new solutions and enhancements.
• Simplify and translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for the entire team.
• Support governance activities and participate in testing of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for existing system functionalities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong technical acumen to understand systems and collaborate with development teams.
• Demonstration of a requirements/documentation portfolio.
• Excellent command over English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Domain knowledge in Telecom and/or Marketing Automation (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels.
• Ability to work confidently with complex data and systems.
