We are looking for a passionate and proactive CSR professional (Fundraising) who can effectively manage, develop, and scale CSR projects and partnerships. The role requires frequent travel across India to engage with corporate partners, monitor on-ground initiatives, and represent the organization in CSR-related forums and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage CSR partnerships with corporates and institutions.
  • Design, execute, and monitor CSR projects aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and impact reports.
  • Ensure timely execution and reporting of CSR-funded programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Organize corporate engagement activities such as employee volunteering, fundraising events, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with CSR heads, donors, and funding partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting purposes.
  • Travel across India for partner meetings, project oversight, and outreach.
  • Knowledge of fundraising is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, CSR, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO partnerships, or social impact roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
  • Willingness to travel extensively PAN India.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
