“Falka” is a Video Advertising agency based in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan. We specialise in providing photography and video services, primarily serving clients in the hospitality and corporate sectors to help brands attract, engage and convert their audiences.

Our portfolio comprises a variety of video content, including Hospitality films created for brands like the Leela palace, Taj Aravali, Radisson, Mayfair etc and Corporate films along with CSR documentaries, produced for significant corporates in the industry like Hindustan Zinc, Hindustan Unilever, Honda, Miraj Normet etc.

**Marketing Executive**

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive with a knowledge in brand communication and lead generation strategies to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence while driving qualified leads for our services.

**Qualification** - MBA/PGDCA in Marketing.

**Experience** - 2-3 years.

**Salary Range** - 360,000-720,000 p.a.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility.

3. Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.

5. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion and customer acquisition goals.

6. Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.

7. Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need.

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to network and handle agencies.

2. Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple Accounts and Strong attention to detail.

3. Good organisation and planning skills.

4. Copywriting, content writing skills.

5. Commercial awareness, Market analytical skills.
