Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Leadership:

    Lead all site activities related to installation and commissioning. Ensure smooth execution of tasks as per project timelines.
  • Client Coordination:

    Act as the primary point of contact for the client at the site. Maintain professional communication and manage expectations.
  • Team Coordination:

    Work closely with the manpower team to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Task Management:

    Assign responsibilities to site personnel and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports including photos and videos of site progress. Maintain proper documentation of activities.
  • Compliance & Safety:

    Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
  • Proficiency in task delegation and team management
  • Good reporting skills (written, photo, video documentation)
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and site compliance
