Under the leadership of founder and chairman Mr. Sammy Nanwani, the company extends its expertise in textiles, film production, hospitality, and other fields.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2+ years of site execution experience to support residential, villa, apartment, commercial, and layout development projects preferably from Bangalore & having fluency in Kannada. The candidate will assist in supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. This is a hands-on site role ideal for an engineer looking to grow technically and professionally under senior project leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution1. Supervise civil works including excavation, foundation, RCC, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, andfinishing.2. Assist in layout and infrastructure execution including roads, drains, water supply, sewage lines, andunderground utilities.3. Ensure proper setting out as per architectural and structural drawings.4. Monitor daily work progress and coordinate with contractors, skilled workers, and laborers.Quality & Safety1. Conduct quality checks during all stages of construction.2. Ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.3. Assist in safety implementation at the site and maintain compliance with safety practices.Preffered Skills1. Sound knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and procedures.2. Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP).3. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation.4. Good interpersonal and coordination skills.5. Strong observation and follow-through attitude.Qualifications1. Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.2. Experience: 2+ years in building construction and/or layout development projects.3. Should have site-level exposure to residential villas, apartments, or plotted developments.Preferred Exposure1. Experience with gated community layouts or clubhouses.2. Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing process.3. Awareness of local building codes and authority processes.
