Role & responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
  • Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
  • Manage site measurements, material requirements, and inventory.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience: 510 years in site supervision and civil engineering within residential/commercial construction projects.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills for on-site challenges.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and contractors.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
