Job Summary:
Ratna Ayurveda is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our Ayurvedic products, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for wellness and Ayurveda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Ayurvedic health and wellness products.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about products and their benefits.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic or wellness products is a plus.
- Must be goal-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
