Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate STEM Trainer to join our Pallavaram office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in STEM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) and a flair for teaching students in an interactive and practical way.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging STEM sessions/workshops for students at our offline centre.

Explain concepts through experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications.

Prepare lesson plans, activities, and assessments to evaluate student understanding.

Guide and mentor students to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Collaborate with the team to design innovative STEM learning experiences.

Ensure a positive and motivating learning environment for students.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching/training (STEM preferred).

Strong subject knowledge in STEM concepts (Physics, Math, Engineering basics, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage).

Ability to handle different age groups confidently.

Passion for education, innovation, and student development.
