Job Title: NEET/JEE Trainer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking experienced and qualified NEET/JEE trainers to join our school team. As a NEET/JEE trainer, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students to excel in their NEET/JEE exams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and mentor students in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for NEET/JEE exams
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods and study materials
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure comprehensive student support
- Stay updated with the latest NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns

Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum that align with educational standards and objectives.
Create engaging lesson plans, projects, and activities that cater to different age groups and learning levels.

Classroom Instruction: Conduct interactive and engaging lessons, workshops, and demonstrations.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Student Engagement: Encourage students to ask questions, explore concepts independently, and work collaboratively on projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students interested in pursuing careers.
Resource Management: Procure and manage educational materials, equipment, and supplies needed for activities.

Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.
Provide constructive feedback to students and adapt instruction accordingly.
Monitor and report on student achievement and participation to parents or school administrators.

Professional Development: Continuously enhance personal knowledge and teaching skills.
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed about best practices.
Collaborate with other educators and professionals to share ideas and resources.

Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and program updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics
- Proven experience in teaching NEET/JEE students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
