AI-powered career guidance platform
— a smart co-pilot for students and school counselors. Our mission is to democratize access to top-tier career advice through intelligent, intuitive, and scalable technology.

We're seeking a
visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to join our founding team and lead the build of this transformative product.

Job Role:

  • Lead Tech Strategy:
    Define and execute the tech roadmap to build our AI-first SaaS platform (Web + Mobile).
  • Own Product Architecture:
    Oversee system design, scalability, and reliability across AI/ML, backend, frontend, and integrations.
  • Build & Manage Team:
    Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing tech team (AI/ML, full-stack, QA).
  • Drive Innovation:
    Leverage GenAI, NLP, and voice-first technologies to build intelligent student-facing tools.
  • Collaborate with Founders:
    Work directly with the CEO and product leads to prioritize features, improve UX, and scale operations.
  • Ensure Compliance & Security:
    Implement best practices for data security, GDPR/FERPA compliance, and platform integrity.

Experience:

  • Proven Experience:
    5–20 years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably as CTO, VP Engineering, or Tech Co-Founder).
  • Strong AI Background:
    Deep expertise in building and deploying AI/ML systems (NLP, recommender systems, LLM integrations a plus).
  • Full Stack Knowledge:
    Hands-on with modern web architectures (React, , Python, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Builder's Mindset:
    You've built and scaled zero-to-one SaaS products. Start-up DNA is a must.
  • Location:
    Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in EdTech, GenAI, or working with school ecosystems.
