Head – Interior Design

Barbeque Nation is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Interior Design team
and drive excellence in commercial fit-outs across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end interior design function for new and existing outlets.
  • Oversee
    GFC drawing creation, review, and approval
    to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Manage and mentor a team of
    15 designers & project executives
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Operations) to deliver on timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand standards, functionality, and commercial viability.
  • Drive innovation in store design while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience
    in interior design, preferably in
    hospitality / retail / F&B commercial fit-outs
    .
  • Strong expertise in design detailing, drawings, and site coordination.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
