Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager (Export) to oversee international sales and marketing operations in the Ferro Alloys, Steel, or Mining industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in export marketing, a strong understanding of global trade regulations, and a technical background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export marketing strategies to expand the companys global footprint.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Handle international trade negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in export marketing, preferably in Ferro Alloys, Steel, or Mining.
  • Strong understanding of international business, trade regulations, and export documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export-related software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or PG Diploma in International Business/Marketing.
  • Experience working with key markets like Europe, Middle East, Africa, or Southeast Asia.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage
