MS Dynamics Developer/Analyst

MS Dynamics developer requires strong technical background, hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Marketing and Service modules, Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI as well as other Azure technologies along with data analysis skills and communication abilities. Reporting to the COG IPL and Distribution, the candidate will participate and execute multiple project teams for the delivery of data solutions, including new development, maintenance and enhancements as well as assist with the daily operations.

Candidate must have following skill set to successfully fulfill their responsibilities;

1. Development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Service and Marketing, Microsoft Power Platform

1. Proficient in learning new technologies with the ability to quickly understand capabilities and work with others to guide these into development

1. Solid understanding of Insurance business

1. Web services, WPF, ASP.Net, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, SSIS/SSRS, XML/ XSLT, JQuery, LINQ

1. Integration with other cloud based data providers and APIs.

1. Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

1. Experience with JIRA, Service Now, Clarity and Azure DevOps

1. Experience being part of high-performance agile teams in a fast-paced
