Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Kolkata. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing daily purchasing activities, creating and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating procurement processes. The role also involves effective communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Purchasing Processes and Procurement
  • Competence in managing Purchase Orders and general Purchasing activities
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement documents
  • Prior experience in a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
