You will: Lead and execute the full UX lifecycle — from discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity design and usability testing.Design elegant, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.Translate complex requirements into simple, user-centered solutions.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative experiences.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across products.Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.Ensure seamless handoff to developers by creating clear documentation, assets, and occasional front-end support (basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred).Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. 🔍 Who You Are (Really): A studio.
