This role requires strong organizational skills and secure handling of confidential information. Key Responsibilities Access various internal and external portals to download and collect required dataOrganize and rename downloaded files following internal naming standardsUpload and update data into internal systems and reports accuratelyEnsure the data is accurate, properly labeled, and uploaded to the correct locationHandle confidential information securelyCollaborate with the Data Entry Manager on timelines and deliverablesProvide training and create content as needed What We Look For 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, especially within PayrollPreferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC)Proficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsAccurate data entry abilitiesAbility to multi-task and prioritizeProficient with Microsoft Office Suite Performance Standards Accurate data inputMeeting deadlines  Why Join Netchex?
