We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join OCMAN REALTY PVT LTD, a leading player in the Commercial Real Estate industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be involved in promoting and selling commercial real estate properties, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients. Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or real estate is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and practices.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
