Pay Range: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and suitability) Job Summary: We are looking for 2 Telecallers with strong communication skills in Hindi and English to engage with potential customers, explain products/services, handle queries, and maintain proper call records. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the databaseExplain company products or services clearly in Hindi & EnglishHandle customer queries and provide accurate informationFollow up on interested leads and maintain regular communicationMaintain detailed call records and update CRM/data sheetsMeet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Required Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and basic written)Excellent communication and persuasion skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)Good listening, patience, and problem-solving abilityPositive attitude and willingness to learn Qualifications & Experience: Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)Experience in Telecalling / Tele-sales / Customer Service preferredFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome Benefits: Fixed salary + performance incentivesFriendly and supportive work environmentGrowth opportunities in sales & customer service
