Arthan is hiring a Fundraising Manager for one of our partner organizations working in the education and development sector. The role involves leading strategic partnership development, fundraising, and relationship management to support the organisation's mission and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify & Develop Strategic Partnerships Research, identify, and evaluate potential funding partners aligned with the organisation's short- and long-term goalsDevelop partnership strategies to maximize impact and mutual benefits. 2. Negotiate & Formalize Agreements Lead discussions with potential partners to define collaboration term and scope.Draft, review, and finalize MoUs, contracts, and SLAs.Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks. 3. Manage & Nurture Existing Partnerships Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with existing partners.Ensure partner engagement through field visits, team interactions, and structured reporting.Proactively address conflicts, challenges, or collaboration gaps. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking Represent the organisation at conferences, events, and stakeholder meetings.Build networks with NGOs, corporates, and individuals to strengthen long-term partnerships.Advocate for organizational initiatives and promote collaboration opportunities. 5. Risk Identification & Mitigation Identify potential risks across reputation, compliance, financial, and operational areas.Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard organizational interests.Resolve issues proactively to ensure partnership stability. 6. Capture Learnings & Best Practices Document learnings from partnership development and collaborative engagements.Share insights internally to inform decision-making and strengthen future partnerships.Support knowledge management and organizational learning. Education & Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).Background in corporate, NGO, or development sector projects is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or cross-sector relationship management. Skills Required: 1. Functional Skills Strong verbal and written communication; excellent presentation skills.Negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence diverse stakeholders.Relationship management and trust-building with partners.Strategic thinking to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities.Problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic partnership scenarios.Time and priority management to handle multiple initiatives.Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving partner expectations.Analytical thinking to assess performance, ROI, and impact.Leadership and influencing skills to align internal and external stakeholders.Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.2. Technical Skills Experience with CRM/relationship management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).Ability to analyse partnership metrics and KPIs.Basic understanding of contracts, MoUs, and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with CSR, the development sector, and corporate partnerships.
