  • चावल मिल के दैनिक संचालन की देखरेख करना
  • उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता एवं दक्षता सुनिश्चित करना
  • श्रमिकों एवं अन्य स्टाफ का प्रबंधन करना
  • सरकार एवं उद्योग से जुड़े नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना

योग्यता

  • चावल उद्योग में पहले काम किया हो
  • खाद्य प्रसंस्करण की जानकारी हो
  • प्रबंधन और टीम लीडरशिप में कुशल हो
