Role: Project Lead - District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Agra, Uttar PradeshExperience: 7-10 years [Not more than 10 Years]Salary: Upto 19.5 LPA _____________________________________________________ Role Overview: lead and manage the NIPUN Mission would possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be skilled in strategic direction, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This individual should have a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects and be able to drive project objectives to ensure successful implementation within the designated district. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with district and block-level education officials.Oversight: Provide academic, governance, and monitoring oversight to the DPMU team, ensuring deliverable achievement.Strategic Implementation: Lead strategic planning, drive interventions, resolve bottlenecks, and advocate for project needs.Technical Guidance: Support district and block-level review committees and forums.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the DPMU Project Managers. Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills with a proven track record.Experience leading teams in operations-focused projects.Excellent interpersonal and project delivery skills, including planning and execution.Experience working in the Indian education sector with government stakeholders (essential).Ability to design and drive data monitoring systems for large-scale projects.Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach.
