Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and high-quality classroom sessions for JEE/NEET aspirants in your subject.

  • Create and deliver lesson plans that simplify complex concepts for students.

  • Guide and motivate students through doubt-solving sessions, tests, and continuous feedback.
  • Develop test papers, assignments, and study materials aligned with Motions teaching methodology.
  • Stay updated with evolving exam patterns and contribute to academic innovation.
  • Work closely with fellow faculty members to maintain and enhance academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in JEE/NEET or competitive exam teaching (preferred).
  • Strong conceptual clarity and ability to connect effectively with students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
