, Permanent Viswamitempowersolution is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Airport CSA & Ground Staff to join our team at our Pune, Maharashtra location. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the airport, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process - Handle all inquiries and requests from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to customers - Assist with baggage handling and ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights - Conduct security screenings and ensure that all passengers and their belongings comply with airport regulations - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and safe operations - Handle any customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures for flights - Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance - Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Must be physically able to lift and move heavy luggage and stand for extended periods of time We offer competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
