Position: Airline Ground Staff Company Overview: Viswamitempowersolution is a leading airline company based in Mumbai. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Airline Ground Staff. Job Overview: As an Airline Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to passengers before and after their flight. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and ensuring that our passengers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the airport until they reach their destination. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Check passengers' tickets and passports to ensure they are valid - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely boarding of passengers - Monitor and manage the flow of passengers through the airport, ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft - Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for departure - Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a seamless boarding process - Provide support to the flight crew during emergencies or unexpected situations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees, upgrades, and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Basic computer skills - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to work in the aviation industry, we encourage you to apply for the position of Airline Ground Staff at Viswamitempowersolution.
