Position: OSP Telecom EngineerExperience: Fresher to 2 YearsLocation: Preferred Delhi/NCRMode: Hybrid/RemoteJob Description:The OSP Telecom Associate will support Outside Plant (OSP) telecom projects by reviewing client fielding requirements, validating field data submitted by fielding teams, and updating information accurately in dedicated project software. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced project environment.Key Responsibilities:Review fielding requirements received from the client.Verify field work completed by the fielding team for accuracy and completeness.Update and maintain project data in dedicated OSP software/tools.Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies in field data.Support documentation and reporting tasks related to OSP projects.Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy.Required Skills:Good understanding of MS Excel and basic computer operations.Strong communication and analytical skills.Ability to learn project tools and software quickly.Detail-oriented and organized working style.Eligibility:Any Graduate (Preferred B.Tech).Freshers to 2 years of experience.Telecom/GIS/Engineering background is a plus but not mandatory.What We Offer:Hands-on training in OSP Telecom processes, client workflows, and software tools.Opportunity to work on international telecom infrastructure projects.Excellent career growth and continuous learning opportunities.Supportive team environment and exposure to real-world OSP operations.
