Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various types of cranes, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and mobile cranes, to lift, move, position, and transport materials, equipment, and products.
- Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and specifications to determine load capacities and crane requirements.
- Inspect crane equipment before operation to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance department.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate crane operations and ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper rigging techniques, load securement, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Monitor crane operations to identify and address any potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Complete required documentation, such as inspection reports and logbooks, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in safety training programs and meetings to enhance knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks within the manufacturing facility as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a crane operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Valid crane operator certification or license.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, including load capacities, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and climbing.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
