**Team Leader in Mutual Funds - Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management & Supervision**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Relationship Managers or sales executives to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
- **Target Setting & Performance Monitoring**:
Set individual and team targets, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.Develop and execute strategies to drive mutual fund sales, expand client base, and tap into new market segments.Provide regular training, guidance, and skill development to team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance norms.Support RMs in handling high-value clients, resolve escalated client issues, and ensure consistent and quality client servicing.Ensure that all team activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and KYC norms, minimizing operational risk.Prepare periodic reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue generation; coordinate with senior management and other departments.Stay updated with mutual fund products, competitor offerings, and market trends to provide strategic insights and support client advisory efforts.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
