As part of our expansion, we are looking for a qualified and motivated NISM Certified Mutual Fund Sales Adviser to join our team and help us drive growth while providing valuable investment guidance to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on mutual fund investments based on their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell the company’s mutual fund offerings to prospective clients, including individuals, families, and institutional investors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by offering personalized advice and on-going portfolio reviews.
- Investment Strategy: Develop customized investment strategies for clients by recommending the most suitable mutual funds and asset allocation plans.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide the most informed investment advice.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high standards of client service and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure all advisory services are in line with SEBI regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update yourself on the company’s mutual fund products and services, and present them effectively to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1. NISM Certification: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) is mandatory and A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in mutual fund sales, financial advisory, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client bases.

4. Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of mutual fund products, asset allocation, and financial planning strategies.

5. Client Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
