**Job Overview**:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue for the organization. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to create strategies for market penetration and achieving business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- **Client Acquisition**:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, present suitable solutions, and convert leads into customers.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and business goals. Track and report on sales performance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor's degree BBA, or MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and communicate effectively to various audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
