Site Supervisor and Installation Incharge with

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the installation of modular kitchens at various sites
- Manage a team of installers and ensure that installation is done in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the designs are properly implemented on-site
- Ensure that all installations are done in compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure that the installations are of high quality
- Liaise with clients and ensure that their requirements are met
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the management
- Manage the inventory of materials required for installation and production
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely production of modular kitchen components
- Plan and control production activities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of orders
- Monitor and analyze production performance and implement improvements as required
- Guide installers and production staff on installation techniques, material knowledge, and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot any installation-related issues and come up with solutions
- Ensure that all tools and equipment required for installation and production are available and in good condition

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in related field. Minimum Graduate
- 2+ years of experience in modular kitchen installation, production planning and control or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of modular kitchen materials and their properties
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Autocad Knowledge is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,514.29 - ₹35,000.00 per month
