We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic cum Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Graphic cum Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with our marketing and development teams to translate their requirements into captivating designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through the creation of logos, fonts, and color palettes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Create website layouts and user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement designs, ensuring seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring consistent user experience across all pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve the quality of design work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to create and modify web designs using code.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction, and incorporate feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative design solutions.
