**Payroll Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
Assist US payroll leadership team in many areas of administration and communication with US & Canadian employee workforce.

**What You Will Do**:

- Send out Timecard Due reminders
- Track down outstanding timecards
- Process timecard Exceptions
- Process timecard updates and run MobaXterm
- Assist with Payroll Processing (imports, QE, RSU/ESPP/Options, Canada)
- Review New Hire and Termination List (checking work status, validate info, turn off benefits, etc.)
- Process Altair HR Admin List
- Running reports as requested
- Create Payroll Impound Files
- Create and send 401k wire amount after payroll run
- NetSuite - Check Direct Deposit is setup correctly in Altair HR and Dayforce (potential)
- Approve Dayforce Approvals (Direct Deposits and tax forms)
- Assist with payroll audits
- Assist with payroll taxes (review, file, etc.)

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:

- Strong Excel and data analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Team player and team oriented

**Preferred**:

- Payroll and Ceridian/Dayforce experience preferred
