**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the history curriculum, covering both ancient and modern history topics.
- Engage students with varied teaching methods, including discussions, presentations, and multimedia resources to make historical events relatable.
- Integrate primary and secondary sources into lessons, helping students develop skills in historical interpretation and analysis.
- **Classroom Management and Student Engagement**:

- Foster a classroom environment that encourages debate, critical thinking, and open dialogue about historical perspectives.
- Use interactive methods to engage students, including project-based learning, historical reenactments, and group discussions.
- Encourage a positive classroom atmosphere that respects diverse viewpoints and encourages curiosity about the past.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate students’ understanding of historical concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their analytical and interpretive skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- **Individualized Student Support**:

- Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, offering additional support or enrichment as needed.
- Encourage students to engage with history outside the classroom by exploring books, documentaries, and historical resources.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings as needed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on teaching techniques, curriculum changes, and historical research.
- Collaborate with other teachers and department staff to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
