**Job title **— Back Office Executive

**Salary range **— 14,000 to 18,000 (Salary no bar if all additional criteria are met)

**Reports to** — The Proprietor

**Summary/objective** — Record keeping, assisting front-office, accounting, and supporting sales & service teams, Important communication with vendors & clients,

**Required education and experience** — BBA/BCOM, Minimum 2 years experience in the admin field.

**Supervisory Responsibilities **— Monitoring daily reports produced by sales and service personnel, ISpare parts inventory overview, and management.

**Expected hours of work** — 10:30 to 20:00

**Software Proficiency** — MS Excel, Tally ERP 9, MS Word, Ai Tools,

**Competency** — Internet surfing, accuracy, punctuality, critical thinking, solution-oriented thinking, soft-skills, multi-tasking, excellent organizational skills, high level written and verbal communication skills,

**Additional eligibility qualifications** — Knowledge of CRMs & ERPs, MIS Reports Generation, MS Excel advance level, SEO, and digital marketing experience.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
