**Effective Field**:

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Maintain and record Fixed Assets.
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.
- Accounting of a foreign exchange transactions.
- Act as liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancy.
- Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets
- Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
- Assist in Statutory and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
- Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Complete end-of-month close procedures.

**What distinguishes you**:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CA Intern
- 1 to 3 Years experience in a multinational setup in Accounting, Taxation, and reporting.
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent reporting, writing, communication and IT skills.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft office and Tally accounting packages.
- Knowledge of FEMA Compliances, Non-STPI and Transfer Pricing would be an added advantage.
