**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades in commodities, equity, and forex futures & options markets.
- Develop and implement profitable trading strategies including **arbitrage**, **delta-neutral**, and **directional options trades**.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and news to identify opportunities and manage risk.
- Analyze technical and fundamental data to inform trading decisions.
- Optimize capital allocation across asset classes and instruments.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant exchange and regulatory rules.
- Collaborate with the research and analytics team to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Maintain detailed trade logs, performance metrics, and risk parameters.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum **7 years** of experience in professional trading with a focus on **F&O and arbitrage**.
- Deep knowledge of **options Greeks**, **spread strategies**, and **hedging techniques**.
- Experience with **multi-asset trading platforms**, charting tools, and real-time data feeds.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proven track record of consistent profitability and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with algorithmic or systematic trading tools.
- Experience in proprietary or prop desk trading environments.
- Certifications like **NISM, CFA, or FRM** are a plus.
