Looking for new opportunities in Digital Industries of Siemens? We have got you covered. We are looking for IT professional like you, who will Lead, develop, support and provide technical expertise on Mendix platform. We conceptualize, build and manage the project and delivers competitive advantage to our business.

**You’ll break new ground by**:

- Low code - Mendix Application Development and Lead the team.
- Prepare requirement specification, validate and implementation.
- Coach junior developers and help to improve their skills.
- Develop best practices and share it in our Mendix developer community.
- Collaborate Siemens-internally with other DevOps Centers.
- Automate our development practices and have quality in mind.
- Stay up-to-date with regards to the newest Mendix developments.
- Change and release management.

**You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including**:

- 8 + Years’ experience in IT and systems specialist.
- Qualified B.E / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute.
- Proven multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and planning.
- Strong attention to detail, proactively driving assignments and tracking tasks.
- Creative thinking and innovation skills to define new approaches to issues.
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Self-organizing skills.
- Proven track record in delivering custom software solutions in enterprise environments with at least 6 years of experience and 2 years of Mendix development experience.
- Preferably Mendix Advanced Developer Certified.
- Deep understanding of technologies like PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Professional experience in Java development.
- Expertise REST APIs, Third Party tools Integration experience.
- Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.
- Mindset (Agile / Lean / Ownership / Intercultural Collaboration).
