**Job **Role**

**1. **Lead complex technical architecture discussions and design exercises to create solutions designed to drive innovation while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud and other platforms

**2. **Perform market research on best-of-breed technologies and lead the engineering team to develop successful proofs-of-concept to test and learn new capabilities

**3. **Lead discussions with business partners to clearly understand opportunities and identify innovative ways to leverage technology to solve complex business issues

**4. **Design, develop and enhance technical architecture patterns and frameworks for others to leverage across the enterprise

**5. **Understand and communicate the non-functional requirements for the system

**6. **Define and split large architectural objectives into smaller incremental objectives

**8. **Provide practical, actionable approaches to overcoming technical and procedural challenges in implementing strategy.

**9. **Lead Architect governance.

**10. **Required to perform duties outside of regular work hours based on business needs

**Mandate Work & Skills: -**
- Experience working on Product Teams.Ability to work collaboratively with team members towards common goals
- **Hands-on experience in back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript. React**:

- **Experience with Cloud - AWS / DWH / ETL / DB (All Are Mandate**
