Product knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our stack, features, and solution offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products
- ** New feature development**:

- Identify customer needs, preferences, and potential improvements for existing products
- Define detailed user journey, scoping, PRDs, and wireframes to translate the requirements to an executable form
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications
- Perform UAT to ensure a smooth user experience before the feature is released to production
- Ensure the delivery of feature in defined timeline
- Capture user feedback post release of the feature
- ** Customer support**:

- Understand the customer facing issues
- Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
- Prioritise critical requirements and stride towards delivering it in a set timeline
- ** Training and communication**
- Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
- Create documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct training to educate the team on new feature release
- ** Project Management**:

- Drive sprint calls with tech team to prioritise backlog and plan upcoming sprint deliverables
- Optimise JIRA usage by defining well-groomed user stories and capturing progress using relevant sprint metrics

**Education and Technical qualification**:

- Bachelor’s in engineering with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must have hands on experience with JIRA and MS Tools
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
