Evaluator - Used Car Showroom

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Used Cars: Conduct detailed inspections of used cars at the customer’s location to determine their condition, maintenance history, and value.
Technical Assessment: Assess mechanical, electrical, and bodywork aspects of vehicles based on industry standards.
Reporting: Prepare reports and evaluations using checklists and templates.
Field Visits: Travel to customers' locations within Cochin and surrounding areas for car inspections.
Customer Interaction: Communicate findings effectively with customers and assist them through the evaluation process.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of evaluations and adhere to company processes for documentation and data management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
**Experience**:
4-6 years as a technician or mechanic in the automotive industry.
Must have worked with OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, or Tata.
Educational Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand basic English.
Driving Skills:
Must possess a valid driving license with practical driving skills.
Job Specific Criteria:
No service advisor or commercial vehicle experience.
No experience in plant or manufacturing units.
Additional Requirements
Fieldwork: Comfortable with travelling within the city to visit customers.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers.
Time Management: Capable of handling multiple evaluations efficiently within deadlines.
